We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Business Development team in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with potential clients. The role involves market research, proposal preparation, CRM management, and report preparation.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Generate leads through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and networking events.
- Assist the Business Development team in reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and other sales materials to support business development efforts.
- Manage the CRM database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on clients, leads, and sales activities.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, market research, and business development progress.
- Preferably have experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development.
- Possess excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
